birding in a paradise! Nagano






It was a wonderful day birding in Nagano! A bird paradise - the Suwa lake! Beautiful lake was decorated with those wonderful waterfowls... got 3 new lifelist!! : )

three new species! No kidding... Cameron.I was doing a little dance on the river bank. Oh...and she is the girl we just met on the lake, beautiful like one of the swans! : )

Awesome, Mark!!! Is that Anas acuta on the first photo? It looks very much like it, but hard to tell (I am beyond rusty with my birding skills nowadays).

I never had a chance to view a wild bird that close... I guess those ducks never see the word "duck hunter" : p
