Zpey received alot of publicity on some European sites. None of my fishing friends tried it yet, but I would say it looks like something it would work really well.
Yes... the video looks great and has it's good logic about the casting dynamic. I have tried it several times now and I think it is true! a casting machine! It is not a good looking rod for sure, ha.. The only draw back I have found is the composite handle are heavy. Not sure what is the reason for that... I will need to try some heavy shooting head before I make my conclusion...
I am a biologist grew up with a fishing rod in my hands. I have been fortunate enough to embrace my love of art and science in my career. Most of my free time were well spent in the nature, either studying bird behavior or chasing variety of fish with fly rods.
