It is! The weather is so great and comfortable for boating in this week! The white bass are chasing the shad ball all over the surface... I bet you know what I am talking about... similar to your striper fishing : )
I bet they will... I did not try though... the bass and baitball are jumping all over the place! Incredible for sure! Some big group even push "the bait WAVE" toward our kayak... very impressive foraging behavior!

That's great!! Would they take a small popper or a gurgler on the surface?

ReplyDeleteThat really sounds like stripers... There are some white bass here in Mississippi River, but I haven't tried for them yet. I really should, though.
